Artwork for children
Hello and Welcome.
My name is Anne and I have been painting for over 20 years.
After the birth of my son, I assisted my partner with his mural and paint finish business in Brisbane painting pictures and designs onto furniture for children to a really positive response.
When I moved to Toowoomba, I made contact with Jennie Tomlinson, a well-known and respected local interior designer. With her guidance, I produced a collection of paintings designed to complement contemporary decor for children. These paintings are retailed through Jennie's store, “That Kids Room” (JT Kids) which is located at Lanes Interiors on Margaret St Toowoomba.
From this point, I've added other special touches to my artwork for children, including the odd spot of glitter. I'm also influenced by gorgeous illustrations in story books I read to my son.
My aim is to produce paintings which are lush and beautiful, colourful and vibrant. I paint to suit different personalities. The artwork for children on display in the gallery can be modified to incorporate names and initials or paintings can be individually designed if you provide me with your idea, photograph, image, colour scheme etc.
These works are not reproductions, as each painting in my collection of artwork for children is a handpainted original which has been custom-made in my studio in Toowoomba, Australia.
Each picture is painted in acrylics on quality double width canvas, sealed and ready to hang.
My approach is professional and my aim is to provide a quality product at a reasonable price.
